Weekend: River House £2,350
(including The Coach House for up to 2 guests: £2,650)

Weekends are Friday 3pm to Sunday 11am
Weeks are Friday 3pm to Friday 10am 2-day minimum stay
Add Sunday night for a 50% discount (except on Bank Holiday Mondays)
Extra guests are £75 per head with a 2-night minimum

River House (available for 10-12 guests) a self-catering rental lies on an historic estate on the outskirts of Bath, a delightful riverside setting with private fishing, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ terrace and garden games.

We offer daily housekeeping and a private chef (minimum of 8 guests), if required.

For celebrations a tailor-made marquee seating up to 75 is available, as well as professional catering. Please enquire for details.

The Coach House (available for up to 4 guests) is available on a self-catering basis from £75 per person per night.

In both properties you will be welcomed with flowers, pastries and milk. Bathrooms have toiletries and freshly-laundered towels. Bed linen is 100% cotton.
